Diagnostics

Diagnostics are the key tool, together with experience, for identifying most of the faults on later model Land Rovers and Range Rovers.  The correct diagnostic tools can save time and therefore your money by putting our technicians on the correct and most economic path to repairing your car.  We have two main diagnostic systems:-

Jaguar Land Rover’s SDD “Symptom Driven Diagnostics” and “Pathfinder”  
This is the diagnostic system all main dealers use and with them we can do everything they can do.  They come with full technical support access to their technical information website Topix.  We also subscribe to the JLR document and programming downloads and have passed the JLR accreditation for replacement key fob programming.

Autologic Blue Box and AssistPlus
These are the diagnostic tools we use the most.  They are much faster than SDD and can perform all of the commonly required tasks without even putting the car in the workshop.  AssistPlus comes with full wi-fi backup and regular updates.

We also have several handheld diagnostic tools from diagnostic associates that make some of the simpler jobs quicker.
