DEFENDER 110 REBUILD.
A full documentation of what started as a tired workhorse has been transformed into a Defender with true presence. Rebuilt from the chassis up, reimagined in classic black and silver, and finished with every detail carefully considered.
From a full mechanical overhaul to bespoke finishing touches and final bodywork by Southern Vehicle Bodies, this project showcases what decades of Land Rover expertise can achieve.

RANGE ROVER TWIN TURBO ENGINE CHANGE
When a Range Rover arrived with tired twin turbos, it was clear a full engine-out operation was needed. Our technicians, Rob and Jason, removed the engine, replaced both turbochargers, deep-cleaned the subframe and gearbox housing, then refitted and tested the system for peak performance.
This project showcases the scale of work we undertake by balancing mechanical expertise, diagnostic accuracy, and attention to detail. The article explains how turbo systems work, the warning signs of failure, and why proper replacement can transform power, torque, and reliability.

DEFENDER AIR SUSPENSION
This Defender had already been fitted with a cutting-edge air suspension kit from On Air Suspension Ltd, giving adjustable ride heights for road and off-road use. When a small air bag fault appeared, we fitted a new replacement bag and upgraded the controller. This unlocked full control over each corner and multiple driving modes.

This rebuild was completed using parts supplied by Keith Gotts and completed by Richard Gross, whose 25 years of service brought both expertise and heart to the project. We’re honoured to document and share this rebuild as an example of the sort of work our team values.
